Frequently Asked Questions

No. For future releases, you will be notified of charges at least one week in advance of billing.
Yes. You must be 21 years of age or older to participate. All shipments require an adult signature (21+).
Each release is based on the total value of the month's selections, so the quantity of bottles may vary between shipments.
You may cancel your membership without incurring a fee any time after your first scheduled Club release. Cancellation prior to your first Club shipment will result in a cancellation fee equal to your quarterly club selection. Unless Club member specifies a termination date, shipments will continue until member requests cancellation in writing.
Saké is perishable, and any Club selections that have not been claimed by the start of the next quarter might be disposed of.
