Our Story
With G Saké, we created something remarkable—saké that delights both purists and a new generation of American enthusiasts. The “g” stands for Genshu (undiluted), signaling a powerful yet graceful style bottled at full cask strength with no added water, preserving its deep, vibrant character. Brewed in the traditional Japanese method, G Saké is intricate yet smooth, seamlessly blending Japanese and American craftsmanship and taste. In 2017, G Saké became the first American craft saké ever exported to Japan.
