Ingredients

  • 2 oz Tombo Shochu
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 2 oz lime juice
  • mint leaves
  • 2 oz soda water

Use with Any of These Brands

How To Make

  1. Muddle lime, mint and sugar in a shaker. Add ice, Tombo Shochu and lime juice. Shake!
  2. Strain over ice, garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf.
  3. Kanpai!
