Yoshi No Gawa
Brewed Since 1548
Yoshi No Gawa is the oldest saké brewery in the rice-growing heartland of Niigata Prefecture. This region is renowned for producing some of Japan’s finest saké, thanks in large part to its exceptional rice. Using this legendary local rice, Brewmaster Fujino leads his team in a relentless pursuit of crafting the highest-quality saké. Drawing on centuries-old knowledge and techniques, they produce a wide range of styles that beautifully reflect the lush, fertile agricultural landscape of Niigata.
