- 2 oz simple syrup
- ½ oz yuzu juice

- 2-½ oz Hakutsuru Sayuri
- 1-¾ oz mixer

How To Make
- Put the strawberries, simple syrup and yuzu juice in a blender and blend until pureed.
- Add saké and mixer to a tumbler and stir to combine. Fill the glass with ice to serve.
- Kanpai!
