Ingredients
Cocktail:
- ¾ tsp matcha powder
- 1 oz hot water
- 3 oz nigori saké
- ¾ oz simple syrup
Cold Foam:
- ¼ cup plant-based heavy cream
- ½ oz simple syrup
- 1-½ tsp dehydrated strawberry powder

How To Make
- First, prepare your strawberry cold foam. In a medium bowl, combine cold foam ingredients. Use a milk frother or electric beaters to mix until fluffy and whipped. Chill while making the cocktail. You should have enough for 1-2 cocktails.
- Use a milk frother or matcha whisk to mix hot water into matcha powder. Mix until there are no lumps remaining.
- In a cocktail shaker, combine nigori saké, simple syrup and matcha mixture with ice. Shake gently.
- Strain cocktail into a glass. Gently spoon cold foam on top and garnish with more strawberry powder.
