Here you can find a wonderful selection of our saké including the Momokawa, Moonstone and G brands, as well as imported saké from the Murai Family. And, because we like to surround ourselves with beautiful things we have a growing selection of fine imported saké sets, traditional masu cups, teas from Té Tea, exquisite tea pots and cups, as well as a host of logo apparel and other wonderful items.

The friendly and informative staff at our Tasting Room in Forest Gove, Oregon, will guide you through a flight of premium sakés. We’re just a short drive from Portland, Oregon, and near a wonderful selection of other Oregon wineries. Please contact us if you would like suggestions on accommodations and other wineries to visit.
Flight Options:
The Kura Flight includes four sakés from the Momokawa, G or Moonstone lines for $3.00
The Toji Flight includes the Kura flight plus two additional reserve sakés for $5.00.
We are closed for a few select holidays including: New Year's Day, Easter, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. We have limited hours on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.
Tours
Kura (Brewery) Tours
A great way to develop your appreciation of fine (Ginjo) saké is to learn how it is made. Our twenty-minute Kura tour walks you through the importance of pure water, rice milling, America’s only traditional cedar-lined koji room, fermentation, filtration, and aging. You’ll learn why saké is such a pure and simple beverage yet offers such incredible flavors.
Complimentary tours are given at 1:00, 2:00, and 3:00 pm, seven days a week.
Groups of 10 or More
To be sure we take good care of all our guests, we ask that groups of ten or more make reservations in advance. Please call 1-800-550-SAKE (Ext. 233) to inquire about special program options for groups.
Sakétini Saturday
Join us in our Tasting Room on the third Saturday of every month for Sakétini Saturday, held 11:00 am to 5:00 pm. We will mix up three of our favorite concoctions for our guests to enjoy. It may even be a sakétini recipe that you sent us.
