It is an honor to host you in our Forest Grove tasting room. Here you will find enthusiastic, knowledgeable staff who will guide you through your choice of tasting flights. Let our passion for fine saké do the work as explain the stylistic differences between our offerings. From freshly pressed Nama (unpasteurized) on tap, array of Oregon craft saké from Momoakwa, Moonstond, G and a distinct selection of premium imports from Murai Family and Yoshinogawa. We'll help work through the technical terms, styles, ways of serving saké and diverse food pairings. Our tours will give you and inside look at how saké is made and dispell any myths of this ages old beverabe. Learn about the importance of water, how rice is milled, why mold is important and good for making saké, how yeast changes flavors and how the whole process puts a fine beverage in your glass.
You'll also find unique saké sets, glassware, books, tea and tea sets, logo apparel and seasonal offerings.

Tasting Flight Options:
Kura Flight: Includes four Oregon craft saké from Momokawa, Moonstone and G. $3.00
Toji Flight: Includes the Kura flight plus to additional reserve saké from either our club specialty bottlings or our select imports. $5.00
Saké Shock: Saké is not just for sushi any more. This flight offers 5 wild and wonderful food and saké pairings that will forever change your perception what to eat when drinking saké. $10.00

We are closed for a few select holidays: New Year's Day, Easter, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas.

Limited hours are found on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve.

Please note that we hold an all staff meeting on the last Tuesday of each month our tasting room may open an hour later than normal.

Kura (Brewery) Tours
A great way to develop your appreciation of fine saké and debunk all the myths and misinformation that flows around this ages old beverage. We'll explain the importance of each ingredient as you walk through our kura with one of our guides. From water and rice milling to our unique cedar-lined koji room, you'll get the inside scoop and be the leading saké expert on your block.
Complimentary tours are at 1, 2, & 3 pm daily.
Sakétini Saturday
Join us on the third Saturday of every month for Sakétini Saturday. We'll have fresh recipes each month for you to enjoy. Recipes will be ready to go so you can repeat the delight at home with friends and family. Join us for this fun event and learn about how saké is not only a fine beverage to appreciate on its own but how you can craft low alcohol sakétinis that are loaded with amazing flavor no matter what the weather.
