The original flavor infused saké, Moonstone began in 1998 as a means to bring America to saké and has since become a wonderful way to enjoy this amazing beverage.

All flavors are crafted around the layered saké flavors of our Junmai Ginjo Oregon brewed saké. No skimping on flavor and quality with Moonstone. Rice milled to 60%, hand-worked koji, proper aging, all of what makes a saké truly fine goes into Moonstone. Once our sakémaster (Greg Lorenz) is happy with his brew we add proprietary blends of natural fruit and herb flavors such as Asian Pear, Plum, Coconut Lemongrass and Raspbery. The results are wonderful and Moonstone is steadily gaining new fans around the globe.
