Momokawa Supper Club - Andina

Hand top Chefs bottles of Oregon craft saké and ask them to prepare a multi-course meal paired with each. The catch? They must avoid the stereotypical Japanese/Asian fare and challenge themselves to step outside the usual and expected. We call it the Momokawa Supper Club and have had mind-altering experiences in New York, Los Angeles, Sonoma and Chicago. Now it is time to bring it home, to Portland chefs.

Join March Momokawa Supper Club Andina for this uninhibited culinary adventure as Chef Costello explores Oregon craft sake with his cuisine.  By attending one, or all, of these Momokawa Supper Clubs you'll learn about sake, why and how we brew sake in Oregon, how to taste and evaluate sake, how to pair with diverse cuisine and you'll get to explore the culinary craft of this amazing Chef. 

$55 per person plus gratuity.

Andina is a restaurant where Peru's traditions, unique history and contemporary spirit are reflected in a cuisine of great quality and variety. With a background in Spanish and Mediterranean cuisine, Chef Hank Costello has truly immersed himself in Peruvian gastronomy. At Andina, he works closely with owner Doris Platt de Rodriquez in order to maintain a balance of traditional and modern flavors.
