Thai Plum Fizz

4 oz. Moonstone Plum Sake 
4 large Thai basil leaves (other basil works fine) 
1 oz. soda water

  1. Add the basil leaves to a shaker with ice and muddle well

  2. Add sake and shake hard for about eight seconds

  3. Strain into glass over ice and top with soda water
