Pom Tree

1 1/2 oz. Momokawa Organic Ginjo Sake
1 oz. Shochu
2 oz. Coconut water
1/2 oz. Coconut syrup (clear)
1/4 oz. POM syrup*
Pour all ingredients but the POM syrup into shaker with ice and shake
Strain into a martini glass and layer in pomegranate syrup
*Reduce POM pomegranate juice by half and add a table spoon of sugar
