Have you ever wanted to learn about Furoshiki? What is Furoshiki? It is a traditional Japanese cloth, mainly wrapped around goods for transport. Well, we are showing you how to use the cloths for gift wrapping! Not only is this an environmentally friendly tool to wrap gifts, it’s really beautiful and can be done with various cloths. You will start by breaking into teams and blend a unique saké, to be blind judged by the group. Spend an evening with our brewer Jared, as he takes you on a journey of Koji and how it is an integral part of the saké brewing process. After a tour, Jared will step you through a saké 102 koji education session, while you sip on a special curated flight of saké featuring different levels of koji. You will also receive a bottle of Momokawa or Moonstone!
