1 tsp sugar
2 oz lime juice
mint leaves
2 oz soda water

How to make
  1. Muddle lime, mint and sugar in a shaker. Add ice, Tombo Shochu and lime juice. Shake!
  2. Strain over ice, garnish with a lime wedge and mint leaf.
