English Cucumber (Peeled & Sliced)
Mango Juice (Fresh or Canned)
Pour sake into a pitcher & add 1/2 cucumber. Infuse sake with sliced cucumber overnight. Mix equal parts of mango juice & cucumber-infused Ruby Saké. Shake with ice and serve straight up or over ice. Garnish with cucumber slice.
