Scott’s the guy that makes sure everything in our Kura operates efficiently and at full capacity. He’s also a valuable member of our product development team and possesses an incredible palate that helps guide flavor profiles. His twenty-five years in food and beverage production management is the foundation of his depth of knowledge but his creative thinking and problem solving is one of the keys to our success in running a clean and efficient facility as well as quick turnarounds with new product development. Scott’s responsible for all production, manufacturing, and quality control.
