There is no doubt he's especially passionate about SakéOne and our team. Mike is not only our production manager but also our biggest cheerleader. Whether he's greasing the wheels of decision making, fine tuning operations, or putting on his elf costume for events, Mike's the kind of manager who dives in with total commitment. Mike's responsible for the Kura (brewery) running at top form. He keeps tab on our vendors and on top of daily needs. In his spare time he is part of the tasting panel that guarantees quality, the safety committee and festival team.
