From 1982 to 2001, he served as President and CEO of an Oregon beer and wine distributorship; brands included: E&J Gallo, Sebastiani, Canadaigua, Seagrams, Robert Mondavi, Miller, Henry, and Corona. After selling the company in 2001, Sculace joined SakéOne as Sales Manager, responsible for 60-plus wholesalers and brokers in the US, as well as international sales for SakéOne. Jim was elected Vice President in 2005.
