FOREST GROVE, OR – September 12, 2006 – SakéOne introduces the first collaboration with America's top mixologist Lucy Brennan, and two premier spirits brands, Cruzan Rum and Bendistillery, in producing the industry's first Sakétini bar-top reference recipe booklet. Beautifully designed with lush photography, it is loaded with 34 uniquely crafted recipes, informative saké definitions, and creative preparation tips.

Lucy Brennan, owner of Mint/820 (www.mintand820.com) in Portland, Oregon, is a nationally acclaimed mixologist that has been featured in print and television with her own inventive cocktail concoctions, including the popular Avocado Daiquiri. Her beverage designs with saké are the result of months of tasting and experimenting with regional flavors and cuisines to ensure flavor compatibility.
