Join us on Sunday, July 25th for an opportunity to meet Michio Takahashi, Director of Sake Production at Yoshinogawa, the oldest saké brewery in the now famous Niigata Prefecture. Founded in 1548, Yoshinogawa is the great granddad of Niigata sake, the founder of a distinct sake region that today is known as the “Bordeaux” of sake. Complimentary tasting will be offered of the Yoshinogawa Daiginjo, Gokujo Ginjo and Ginjo.
