Now we’re getting a little cheesy….

Save the date for an exceptional event for club members only!

Prepare yourself to be blown away by a truly inspired sake and cheese pairing Sunday, May 23rd from 1:00pm to 4:00pm.

We are thrilled to be partnering up with Andrea McEvoy from Abbie & Oliver’s Artisan Cheese!  For those of you who have yet to experience this fantastic find, Abbie & Oliver’s is a small artisan cheese counter inside Wednesday Wines in downtown McMinnville.  They are dedicated to stocking a variety of cheeses from Oregon and around the world while challenging customers to expand their cheese comfort zone.  Andrea will be offering her “Three Blind Mice”  cheese seminars at 1:30pm, 2:30pm and 3:30pm.

And if that weren’t enough, we will also be offering a very special wine tasting from Abbey Creek Vineyard.  SakeOne’s very own Tony Faustin will offer an exclusive debut of his wine for our honored club guests. 

Bob Simmons planted the Abbey Creek Vineyard site, named for the creek that runs through the property, in 1984.  The vines were painstakingly farmed for years, and attracted local wineries that purchased the fruit.  He frequently kept fruit behind, and made wine in the old barn on the property as a hobby.  Bob’s son-in-law, Tony, has now turned that old barn in to a winery facility, and is focused on keeping the fruit on-site to produce premium estate wines under the Abbey Creek Vineyard name.
