Become a saké geek, nerd, freak or simply an educated enthusiast with this two hour insiders peak into saké history, brewing and enjoyment. Vice President of Marketing, Dewey Weddington, will take you through a fun and informative saké course that will set you up to understand this ancient beverage. You'll leave knowing how to read labels, how to pair saké with food, how to explore the thousands of styles and most importantly how to say "Junmai Ginjo Nigori Genshu Yamahai" faster than anyone you know. Well, you'll at least be able to say it. So, say good bye to hot saké and hello to the beautiful side of the wine of Japan.
Each class is only $25 and includes a commemorative wine glass, free wine tasting and 10% wine purchases on the day of the event.
