STYLE Tokubetsu: Brewed in a special manner, with high quality ingredients and above average polish on the rice.
Honjozo: Saké made with a small amount of brewer's alcohol added to enhance aroma and heighten flavors. Despite popular belief, a Honjozo is only slightly higher in alcohol than a Junmai.
TASTING NOTES Friendly and very drinkable. Clean and complex aromas with subtle, complicated flavors to explore.
PAIRING NOTES A perfect match with Japanese cuisine, crisp salads, fish and chicken dishes.
