Stray Dog

2 oz. G Sake
1/4 oz. Mezcal (I used Sombra) 1/4 oz. Ginger liqueur (king's ginger or domaine de canton) 
1/4 oz. lime juice


DIRECTIONS
  1. Shake vigorously with ice for 12 seconds

  2. Strain into chilled cocktail glass

  3. Garnish with a lime twist
