Master Cleanse-Tini

1.5 cups Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo Saké
1.5 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice
3/4 cup filtered water
2/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/4 cup coarse crystal date sugar
Place the date sugar in shallow bowl
Wet rims of martini glasses and dip into the date sugar, as you would if you were salting the rims of glasses for a traditional margarita
Combine remaining ingredients over ice in a martini shaker and shake vigorously
Pour into the rimmed martini glasses
