Pineapple Infusion

2 Bottles of Momokawa Silver saké
1/3 fresh, ripe pineapple
Cut the pineapple into one inch cubes and place in a pitcher or jar
Add saké and let sit for 24 hours*
Keep chilled
*If the pineapple flavor is too intense let it sit for another 6 hours. This will help balance the flavor. Once it is to your liking remove the fruit
