4 oz Moonstone Plum Sake 
1 thin slice of Serrano chili 
3 mint leaves

  1. Crush mint leaves

  2. Dice one small slice of Serrano

  3. Add to shaker with ice

  4. Add sake and shake aggressively

  5. Serve in a sugar rimmed Martini glass with Serrano on a skewer
