Chili Mango

2 oz. of Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo Sake
1.5 oz. mango juice (Kerr's or Goya Nectars)
Splash fresh lime juice
Fresh basil
Chili Sauce
Shichimi Seven Spice
Chop fresh basil
Place cold, sweet chili sauce on plate for rimming
Rim the martini glass with the sweet chili sauce and then slowly place the glass in the basil to have it sit on the rim of the glass
Strain shaker into cold martini glass
Sprinkle Shichimi Seven Spice on top of the drink
