1/2 oz. Monin Passion Fruit Syrup 
2 lemon slices 
4 mint leaves 
1 cucumber slice

  1. Muddle mint leaves and lemon slices with ice, add syrup and sake

  2. Shake aggressively

  3. Serve in a martini glass
