2 oz. Momokawa Pearl Sake
1/2 oz. Cruzan Vanilla rum
1 oz. Dole pineapple juice
Splash Ocean Spray cranberry juice
Pineapple slice, for garnish

  1. In a martini shaker, pour the chilled liquid over ice and shake

  2. Strain and pour into martini glasses

  3. Add splash of cranberry juice

  4. Garnish with pineapple slice
