Melon Kiwi-Tini

1 cup Momokawa Organic Ginjo sake
4 cups cubed honeydew melon
4 peeled kiwi fruits
1/4 cup freshly squeezed lime juice
1/4 cup agave nectar Mint sprigs or additional kiwi slices for garnish
Place all the ingredients except the garnish in a blender and blend until completely smooth
Add a large handful of ice and blend until completely smooth
Taste for sweetness and add additional agave as needed
Divide among 4 large martini glasses and garnish with mint or a thin slice of peeled kiwi
