2 oz Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo Sake
1 Strawberry
1 tsp. Chopped Kiwi
1/4 oz. Prosecco
Muddle strawberry and chopped Kiwi in a shaker with ice
Add sake and shake, strain into a Champagne Flute.
Top with Prosecco and Garnish with a beautiful ripe Strawberry
