Honey Basil Superstar

1 oz. Momokawa Organic Junmai Ginjo 
1 oz. Aviation Gin 
6-8 Thai basil leaves 
1/2 oz. Freshly squeezed lemon juice 
3/4 oz. Clover Honey Syrup 
2 oz. Club soda

  1. Pour ingredients with the Thai basil leaves into a pint mixing glass.

  2. Hand press with a muddler.

  3. Fill with ice and shaker vigorously for 6 seconds.

  4. Strain into chilled cocktail glass.

  5. Garnish with a leafy Thai basil stalk.
